COVID is not going ANYWHERE - it’s here to stay, wash your hands and get vaccinated. AND the MASK thing should be by choice, our children’s social skills and mental well being has gone out the door. JUST open up the schools.

All schools , poor, rich, city, suburb, rural need to open
K-12 and colleges.
This is hurting all students, all parents and our future community workers and leaders.
Mental health, obesity , addiction is increase in our youth. They need to learn, engage, be social, be active.
Vaccinate the teachers ASAP
If they don’t want to be vaccinated. Fire them and hire new younger teachers who want to work and need to work.
Teachers are public servants. Like nurses, doctors, police, fire fighters.
Get them back now!!! School should go through the summer to allow for catch up

California kids deserve to be in school, before they fall further behind. This is a question of equity. It is also an emergency in regards to the long term mental health of kids and our entire community.
