Please do NOT open schools until the teachers have been vaccinated. Many teachers have health concerns ( I do) and want to be sure they will be safe in the classrooms..

my son is at franklin school and is in 4th grade which has an IEP and has not wanted any thing to do with school since the shut down and needs to go back ASAP.

If people can be on board a packed six hours flight and run into crowded stores, everyone can wear protective gears, follow the protocols and be where they want to be.

Having just retired from working in the school system for 23 plus years I know the importance of students being in the classroom and how it effected them when we had to close in March of 2020. Please get them back in the classroom and get those who need to be vaccinated as soon as possible.

Our elementary schools should be open for in-person learning (with the child's teacher) in the red tier, following local and California guidelines.
