Please please fast track the fm423 construction in little elm. It's unsafe and has had horrible planning. Please please please get this completed.

This road is a growing problem with the increase in number of residents that are moving to the area. I often sit in traffic for 30+ minutes to get to Woodlake from 380 and watch no construction take place or the workers standing around. I have had flat tires, and alignment issues with all of the gaping pot holes. There is no room to allow emergency vehicles to pass nor to avoid getting hit by oncoming traffic that veers into the other lane. Please make this road safe for all who travel on it daily.

There have been days where workers stand around and talk or only 1-3 people working.

I have almost been hit head on at least five times and sideswiped on numerous occasions on this road.

That road is not safe and is causing too many accidents. NOT okay that it is taking this long to fix it!

I hear constant sirens all hours of the day and the congestion and traffic makes it difficult and impossible to even leave our sub. This has been going on far too long.

Residents in the area, have you noticed your auto insurance premiums go up over the last 2 years? Our insurance company didn't tell us bit another individual who works for another company and said the rated were going up due to the claims in the area, specifically 423. So, not only are we being inconvenienced, but having to pay extra in other ways such as car maintenance and auto insurance premiums....

423 is ridiculous. Not only am I fearful driving at night, but I have to leave my house 45 minutes earlier than normal to get to work at a decent time due to traffic. I have also had to have 2 tires replaced because of the horrible road conditions.

I am concerned for my kids safety while riding the school bus and traveling on 423! Is it going to take a bus falling off that ledge or flipping over trying to turn off Panther Creek and children getting injured or killed before something is done about this?!

This is ridiculous that we even need to have a petition for a reaction. Multiple deaths, times constraints, and so unsafe roads it worries the crud out of me for my family driving it. Please resolve this As Soon As Possible like yesterday. Whatever it takes!!!

Rediculous how long it is taking.
It takes 15 minutes or more just to get on 423 from any of the neighborhoods then when you do the road is so bad you hope you don't tear the front end out of your car.

My son will be driving soon, and there is no way I want a new driver on this road! Way too dangerous and difficult to navigate. On another note, it takes 15 minutes to get out of our neighborhood to turn onto 423 in the morning, which is ridiculous.
