FM423 - New signal at Qtrip. Why do we need a new signal at Qtrip? do you want to stop FM 423 for Qtrip and 2 restaurants??

many areas look road ready but have piles of dirt and debris just sitting there. Instead of trying to complete 5 miles of road, they could focus on specific segments. Also, why in the hell did they get rid of the two LEFT turn lanes from 423 to 380? It now backs up for miles. Hardly anyone turns right or proceeds straight past 380. DNT has already given both turn lanes back.

At the very least can some sections of the construction be wrapped up so we have a mostly safe road with a few areas to watch out for, instead of miles of road? I drive down and all I see is miles of construction zone and occasionally 2-3 construction workers standing around doing nothing.
Of course I come from the Los Angeles area where work like this would need to get done in a weekend, and even then it would be called "carmageddon."

My wife and I recently moved close to 380. This is my only real means of get to and from work. I would like to not be worried about getting in a wreck every time I drive down this road.

I am so sick of this construction and the accidents!! I know that if they WORK they can get it done much quicker!!! They finished the intersection of 423 and Panther Creek/Woodlake quickly because the worked! I have often seen as many as 12 workers and only 1 or two actually WORKING on 423!!

Does anyone actually do any work on this road? I use this road often, as I work in Frisco and have relatives at Frisco Lakes. Everything is moving at a snails pace, its been under construction for 3 years, and looks no closer to being done. Could the major intersections be finished sometime in the 2010s please? Its an embarrassment.
