Very much needed! Would hate for a child to get hit/killed by speeding drivers who don't pay attention to speed limit signs. They think 74th street is a major highway. Have been at the stoplight on 74th several times & saw cars run a red light.

I think it’s great if kids want to walk to school. It’s great exercise and it’s better for the environment than taking a car. But if they are going to walk across that street there needs to be a crosswalk for them.

I do not have children. I am a firefighter. One response to a student hit and run was one too many. More young, elderly, medicated & drugged, and texting drivers than ever.

It would be great to see a stop light put in at the school crossing at 74th Street. Even pulling out there in a vehicle after school is dangerous.
