I would love to see better and more thorough plowing of the streets on the east side. Also more ticketing and towing of cars not moved during snow emergencies.

The street should have been plowed after the February 10th snowfall, but they waited until it snowed again on February 12th. That's crazy. Also ticket and tow car that don't move for snow emergencies. Way too many slackers and no consequences to be paid so they keep doing it. My property taxes are going way up, I want clean roads.

If plows moved at a slower speed on residential streets, the snow would remain on the boulevards and not be spread onto the sidewalks. Snow spreading beyond the boulevards and onto the sidewalks requires the homeowners to shovel the city sidewalk again after the plow passes. And driveway entrances would not be covered with snow about 10-12 feet into the driveway due to the remnants of the road plowed snow. I like that the roads are completely plowed within 20 hours of the declared Snow Emergency -9 pm Day 1 until all the remaining streets are plowed the next day, unlike the 3 day process in Minneapolis. Perhaps the snow plows could do simple passes of all streets when there are multiple snows of minimal inches, just not curb to curb.

I have definitely missed several days of driving to work due to our street not being plowed for over a day after snowfall.

Please plow the intersections and the alley way entrances when you guys are done with the streets. It would really help out those of us that have smaller cars that tend to get stuck when the snow is more then six inches high or higher.

City needs to start ticketing, towing , and be more stricter on people who doesn't want to move their cars for plow. They need to start plowing on a timely fashion.
