I strongly believe that the Safe Haven option should be available in every Canadian hospital, fire station, police department. There are hundreds of couples waiting to adopt a baby. The Safe Haven would be a great win-win situation for everyone involved. It would allow the childless couple to have a family, the child would be raised in a loving environment and the birth mother could go on with life without being a murderer. Why Canadian Government doesn't allow Safe Haven legislation to be passed?

26 infants, 13 boys and 13 girls, have been saved due to the Safe Haven Legislation in Idaho. Even though I don't think it is advertised enough, it still helped save those 26 children. Canada needs to pass some kind of Safe Haven Act to protect the innocent infants that maybe abandoned.
