We spend our winters in a similar community in Palm Desert CA.
They had the same problem with their paper delivery boy a couple of years ago.
But solved it in a different way. They all chipped in and bought him a new muffler.
On what he earned they knew he probably couldn't afford a new muffler for his old car.

Him having an accident here would not be a good way to get Arbutus Ridge in the Colonist news. The colonist must have pretty low standards to not take note of their customers' complaints to date.

We are in favour of this ban as we have been woken up several times with the noisy, speeding car used to deliver the Times-Colonist.

We are daily exposed to this particularly because the bedroom is located at the street side of the house.

I was not aware of this situation, however, I fully support what needs to be done to keep our beautiful community safe and peaceful.

The police should be on the lookout for this driver when he leaves here in case he is under the influence of marijuana while driving. Also, could the papers be left at the security office until the office opens and then brought to the centre.

We fully support this; but if I am not mistaken the driver(?) was the first one who reported the fire at the top of Panorame Ridge
