Bicyclists and Pedestrians alike need safer passage through SLV. I live in SC and teach on the SLV tri-campus. Every time I ride my bike, I worry about being hit by a distracted driver. We need to better safeguard those who walk, run, and pedal.

Scotts valley is building sidewalks all over the city. SLV is always last to get public services. We need to be made a priority before anyone else is hurt or killed.
