SAFE distance RMV cell towers - away from homes and families!

I don't see the need to have this tower directly in the center of our community. Rather place where it doesn't bother our residents due to safety and visual concerns. From my experience, only a small number of people had issues with cell coverage. So placing the tower on the outer border of RMV would be sufficient imho. And if you're going to disguise it, make it at least look like a real water tower that fits the rancho style of this community.
