I am asking for the right for any and all persons of any background to contact and communicate in a peaceful way with our galactic neighbours.

It is not right to attack first and ask after. We need to start looking at things from a much broader perspective. If it were us travelling out to learn and grow we would not take it kindly if our people were killed.

I am calling for the right to communicate with any and all life forms in any way or means that I choose, as is allowed with my right to freedom and free speech.

I can only hope that rather then learning the hard way that we could be the first to reach out our hands in peace and with friendship and community in mind.
