HOW: Clark will pick up his property from Property Custodian Trooper Matthew Carr, Avondale PSP. WHY: Trial was held June 22 2009. Clark pleaded nolo and served 5 months at Chester Co Prison. Police searched computers for customer names/addresses and "kiddie" porn but there were none. On Apr 29 2010 Clark spoke with Trooper Cruz who agreed to return all property but home videotapes, which are protected under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
