I urge all football fans to sign this petition asking for referee Mr Carter to never referee a Kent League game again. This peitition will be shown to the Kent FA and hopefully this man will not have the pleasure of spoiling another Kent League game. His decisions at the recent Lordswood v Erith & Belvedere game were nothing short of farcical. According to Mr Carter, wearing blue cycling shorts underneath blue football shorts is a yellow card offence! At the final whistle, Mr Carter responded aggresively to complaints from players, supporters and officials of Erith & Belvedere Football Club and Lordswood Football Club. Mr Carter was also the referee at this season's Kent League Cup Semi-Final 2nd Leg between Hythe Town and Whitstable Town, where he also put in a shocking performance. Mr Carter has gained a reputation in Kent League circles for being over-zealous, regimental, and the worst referee around. I therefore urge all fans of football to sign this petition.
