This calls for Donna Hall - Chief Executive of Wigan Council to be sacked. this is because she has misused her powers as Chief Executive and Returning Officer calling an illegal By Election effectively sacking a Cllr, which you can't do.
Also this has cost taxpayers the best part of half a million quid with direct and indirect costs.

She was found guilty of flaunting the law by a high court judge.....now she's trying to silence her critics by stifling free speech ...surely calling an illegal by election is maladministration while in public office ?
