We have a winning record in Franklin Sports and this is just the venue needed to keep that tradition alive. This is where our community gathers. Our athletes, coaches, and fans deserve a place they can be proud of.

Many members of the Franklin community come support the Franklin athletics whether they have family or friends participating. The games and activities are part of a growing tradition. The schools do benefit from the hosting of track meets, football and soccer games etc. Helping to move this project along benefits everyone in Franklin.

After playing at the beloved "Swamp" for all of my senior season, and hearing other teams complain about our field, I think its time we took the steps to upgrade our facilities.

Franklin athletics have long been a staple of the Franklin community. Our strong presence on the field and in the classroom is undoubtedly responsible for the talented alumni Franklin boasts. That said, there is such an impressive opportunity here for the city to reward future Sabers. The Saber Stadium Project has been long over due, but nonetheless, it is time for Franklin to take a major step forward. Get it done!

As the head football coach, head of the physical education department and father of 2 boys who attend Franklin schools, I cannot thank Dave Bartels and his committee enough for all the hard work and dedication they have for our kids. I am very proud to be part of the Saber community and it is time for our former rural district to get caught up to suburbia. We say we are world class, shouldn't we provide our kids with the tools to help them achieve it.

From youth football to Varsity, Franklin is recognized as having one of the best programs in the state. Let's complete this facilities project to be on par with the level of our programs!

I have lived in Franklin for 40 years. It's about time we upgraded our athletic facilities and move out of the Stone Age and into the 21st Century.
