This bill won't allow gameplay uploaded on youtube, unless you have the consent of the company. Which means you will need to email the company just tho get clearence to put up gameplay. How long do you think it will take for a reply? Minutes, Hours? No, weeks. Also the flood of the email server with multiple(hundreds, thousands is improbable but possible) people. Also no E3 coverage online without consent and of course no machinimas, *cough* RvB. This bill is sensless, if we cannot put up our own gameplay how will we know what it looks like?
