Discord ID: ChrisTzu90#7246 (IGN: E』Lucifer) of Empires S78 would like to propose the agreement outlined below to be agreed upon between the Leader and Vice Leaders of the Top 10 Alliances in S78.

Purpose:

To allow the Top 10 Alliances in S78 excluding Empires and Sailormoon to compete for the Top 2 position in the S78 Alliance Intimacy Event (i.e. Empires and Sailormoon will only take 3rd to 5th Place to ensure they participate in Heroes Warfare event), in perpetuity.

We believe the agreement will achieve the following:

1. To promote fairness and competition amongst the other alliances

2. Helps boost the morale for the other alliances

3. Maintain the longevity of S78

4. Neutralize any animosity between the larger and smaller alliances

In order to promote cooperation between Alliances in the Alliance Intimacy Cross Server Events, each player will save Intimacy items for the Cross Server Intimacy Event in order to be in the Top 3 against other Servers.

When all the Alliances of S78 work together, we can overcome excessive spending on the mobile game and beat the Developers at their own psychological form of entertainment built upon micro-transactions (i.e. Stop spending so much).

To all smaller alliances, please come with a way to rotate Ally Intimacy titles amongst yourselves to prevent further splurging against each other.
