I believe that after a person reaches the age of 65+ or has a health issue that may impair driving or driving judgement should HAVE to retake the drivers test/ Both written and driving parts every 5 years or recieve a DOT physical every 2 years with a clean bill of health/ability to drive check.Health conditions such as stroke or heart attack with loss of mobility or sight,Loss of Side vision(tunnel vision), Uncontrolled Diabetes,Alzheimers,Constant Blindness or blurred vision,ETC. I believe strongly that LESS "accidents" and "accidental deaths" will occur with this law in effect. With my signature i acknowledge all information and understand what im signing.
