I met with the band directors earlier today to discuss the current selection process. We are now formally requesting a review of the criteria used for the upcoming drum major appointments.

The administration has acknowledged the volume of interest regarding the drum major selection process. I am now preparing a formal request for a meeting with the selection committee to discuss how they intend to incorporate this feedback.
