We request that Congress pass legislation as follows: Any Corporation that sells stock to the public or accepts funds from any source in any form outside of normal earnings, may only pay it's Senior staff as follows: If the Corporation does not earn a profit, no bonus. If the Corporation makes 10% profit, the President is allowed a 10% bonus and the V.P. 5%. above their base salary and so on. A 50% profit would allow a 50% bonus over base salary.
