I am a victim of both the 1994 Genocide as well the RPF Massacres. I lost a stepsister and brother during the Genocide and I lost a two biological brothers and two sisters to Kagame's swords in the Democratic Republic of Congo between 1996 and 1998. I also lost an uncle to Kagame in Kenya. I believe that Genocide happened, the problem is that it hasn't stopped. I take issues with the exploitative nature of the Kagame regime; to be specific, I have been sickened with the level of casualness with which the word "Genocide" is used by Kagame and his bully poppets. I hate the exploitative nature of this regime through the deceptive use of genocide victims to blackmail westerners. To many victims, genocide means that we lost friends, brothers and sisters, parents, neighbors, BFFs, uncles and aunts and others. Kagame can exploit genocide for personal gains; but what survivors and victims want is measures to ensure that "NEVER AGAIN" has meaning.

The BBC documentary did not add anything new. It has told us what Congolese and Rwandese knew and lived . The BBC has only broken the silence which many Western media continue to mind-blind the planet. The BBC deserves gratitude as it has gone a step forward in revealing what many are hiding.
