The undersigned citizens and local consumers hereby voice our support of The Rutherford Reader, our local newspaper, who believes in and practices our First Amendment Right of Freedom of Speech. We applaud local retailers and businesses who have provided the community with a venue for the Reader, and encourage all in the community to support these businesses both financially and in prayers. AND to those of you that advertise in The Reader, we thank you and pledge to, as often as possible, support you with our dollars and our verbal recommendations to family, friends and acquaintances! In light of recent threats by some radical troublemakers to boycott your business, we offer this petition to demonstrate that those people are few in number. The supporters of The Reader, as well as supporters of your businesses, outnumber the troublemakers and we will continue to be vocal in our support of you!
