This land should not be used for a cemetery. The lane itself cannot support an increase in traffic. There is a chance of contamination too.

This should not be used as a cemetery at all. The lane itself isn't fit for a larger flow of vehicles. Keep it green.

I live nearby, I do not want this on my doorstep. The other Company has wrecked this land and the lane! AGAINST!

Absolutely unsuitable place to have a cemetery, the lane is far too narrow and it is already in bad condition and too narrow for additional traffic.

The lane is far too narrow to accommodate funeral processions. It is little more than a single track road and we have passing problems now.

If the mellish road was found to be unsuitable, because of traffic why would a semi rural lane with a weak bridge be ok ,its ludicrous.

I strongly disagree with having a cemetery on my road. Winterley lane. I think there are far more acceptable places that it could be accommodated

These plans are wholly unsuitable for the Winterley Lane site. They need to be opposed in order to avoid can environmental disaster.

Winterley Lane is dangerous enough with the volume of traffic we already have, especially at peak times!!!

Rushall is gradually using its green space, we need to maintain what is left, and the infrastructure is not there to deal with the increased traffic the funerals would create, either on Daw End lane, or Winterly . THE COUNCIL SHOULD KEEP ITS PROMISES, RETURN AGRICULTURAL LAND BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE, NOT LET WASTE COMPANIES MAKE QUICK PROFITS.
