I'm not sure new sprinklers will solve the greens issues.

I feel we need to take a step back and take a look at our options. 800,000.00 is a lot of money. There should be more options to pay for the assessment also. Members were not given much notice before this was shoved at us without much time to allow a proper backing and buy in .

There should be at lest 3 qualified bids from a proper set of engineered plans and specs to in sure equip. Quality, proper grades etc.. will result fair and accurate bids by qualified cont.this should all be shared in it's entirety to all members who give a dam.A NEW GROUNDS SUPER. WOULD HURT ETHIER. I would rather have extra money going towards a greens keeper that knows what he is doing. A new sprinkler system won’t matter if the wrong person doesn’t know how to effectively use it.

An actual greenskeeper should be the first thing we put out extra money for.

I think that we need a greens keeper that knows what he is doing. Also how many bids did they get?

They already had their minds made up. Shot down simple questions and then rushed a vote to end the meeting. There have been too many bogus excuses for the greens. The sprinkler system didn't kill the greens. Even the moss didn't kill the greens. A person killed the greens. It started two years ago and gets worse every month.

There needs to be more discussion. Only having a week to think about this for the majority of the members is not enough time.

We need a more qualified grounds keeper. We never had problems with greens being dead in the past. Its only been in the last few years we've seen these problems.

We need a qualified superintendent before we install a $500,000-$750,000 sprinkler system on the front nine.
I’d rather see funds be raised for a benefits package for a qualified, hard working superintendent who’s a good manager.
Even the best sprinkler system needs management.
