Seeing all this movement on the page is honestly wild because I really thought the issue would just get buried under the usual noise. It makes me think the developers might actually have to acknowledge that the current system feels completely lopsided for people caught in that old dragnet.

Even in real life we have a second chance if you commited your first crime. You don't get death sentence if you stole something. A perma ban for a player that have not a single advice, plus than 8 years playing is quite unfair.
I think perm ban is very harsh.. 6 months or 1 year ban is enough to teach lesson..and ufcourse banning bots wont affect them as they create account everyday and completes their objective(i.e advertising) before getting banned
I hadn't been on the game in nearly 8 years, I wanted to jump back onto my old account after seeing all the changes online. And apparently my account has been banned for macroing. Their services pages are worthless and do not help at all.

I was unfairly perm banned for macroing, I had an old account and took time off like so many others. Same thing happen when I tried to log in again I was permantley banned during times I wasnt playing. Tried to contact someone about it with no luck. Its like they block any form of communication because they know they are wrong in banning inactive old high level accounts. I always hated bots and always reported them when I seen them but apprantley none of this is taken into an consideration and I cant even state my case since all lines of communication are severed. I
