We, the undrsigned, are requesting the President of the united States, The Senate and House of Representatives and the Judiciary of the United States of America and public support in defending the rights of non-reservation Cherokee descendnts who were labeled negroe, colored, mulatto and BLACK, autonomous Cherokee tribes, and Class IV Cherokee descendants. As law abiding citizens of the United States of America, with Cherokee ancestry, we ask for protection against the infringements of our human rights that all interferncers and hinderances made by any Govermental agency Federal, State, and Tribal to be terminated by reson of discrimination. We believe it's our Creator given right to honor our ancestors elders, families, children, and future generations through the public and/or private telling and retelling of our distinct historical, cultural, and traditional values as ani-yun-wiya (Principal People), a.k.a Cherokee.
