I am writing on behalf of My fellow Survivors who have dispute on this recent issue about the negative diamonds through your Mercenary Event. And I do believe, that they are thousands of victims out there.
My 30+ fellow clan members and I have been your loyal player since Season 0. We have reported a lot of cheaters in your game that you cannot find a solution to utilize up until now but, despite of all we are still here supporting and playing your game.
Having said that, I hope that you won't put this issue aside like paying no attention about all our complaints about cheaters, bugs and etc.
Don't let us down this time. Don't make your gaming app as a money leecher machine.
Hence, We put our faith into this. That this time your loyal survivors will not be neglected.

im honestly blown away by how many people are speaking up about these negative diamonds. seeing everyone come together like this proves we arent going to just sit back while they ignore us.

I am a legitimate buyer in your game i didnt know those who hire me are using negative and illegal transactions in your game . I concern about my account i cannot top up again and enjoy your new skins well if this problem cannot fix im going to quit in this game !
I am a victim of a negative diamond from mercenary, I wasn’t aware that the diamonds from them are illegal. Please zero our negative, or we will just refund/ return the item we bought from the diamonds coming from mercenary. Please bear with out petition, thank you.
Why My account got nega 21k in mecenary . You should ban the Dias Seller.top player have quit and they choose now the PUBG MOBILE . PLEASE REMOVE MY NEGA DIAS AND OTHRR
This is not the right treatment for me. I Am hired to win, fight and conquer. This is not our responsibility you should change this kind of matter because this is not our fault, Please change this if you get this please be in touch fix our game we are the one is supporting this game and we are not supposed to have a negative diamonds because we are just only hire THANK YOU AND GODBLESS
Im a legit paying ros player! Spent 1,000 usd just buying my skins -_- just tried those resellers because its cheaper.. i never knew that its was not legit! But i never did the refund trick! Please do something!!!

I have many friends that are having similar problems. They’re victims of this. We’ve spent a huge amount of money in this game and I’m so tired of RoS not doing anything whenever there’s an issue. Please do not let this one slide.
