My husband Rudolph Falbo II and my son Joshua Falbo was arrested for felonies at the scene of my daughters accident Jan 6, 2011. Police officers Chris Eggelton and Jason Kerr from Hurricane WV Police Department said that he refused to get out of the way so the emt/firemen could help his daughter. One of them jerked him by the back of his belt loops and the other grabbed him by the shoulder. They stated that 5 men were unable to subdue him so Officer Chris Eggelton tased him. After they tased him our son ran over to his father and they arrested him for two felonies. They stated he pushed two firemen and swung at one but missed. After they tased my husband they were able to handcuff him. He was face down on the ground, tased and handcuffed with hands behind his back and the complaint states that the officers said he still refused to move so they had to drag him. Meanwhile my daughter was still trapped in the Ford Explore. It has been 9 months ago and my husband is unable to get a job because it shows he has 3 pending felonies. They have offered him a plea bargin of misdormenories however he refuses to plea guility to anything because he did nothing wrong. He also has 20 years of medical training and was a soldier in the ARMY from 1991-1996 where he received his medical training.
