The roads are too narrow already with family and kids playing outside. There are already so many accidents from people turning out on to the highway. We don’t need tourists driving the roads hurting our children or families

As a homeowner in Spring Creek, I appose this! I love hiking, exploring and hunting in the Rubies. This would be a disaster for these wonderful mountains.

The Rubies are not for development. We do not want a Park City! Keep them wild!

There’s a reason this is one of the most pristine and beautiful places in Nevada. Please, just leave it alone.

A ski resort here would be a blight on the mountain and also is in an area where there probably wouldn't be enough snow to sustain it hence bringing up more concerns about our limited water supply if water will be used in snow creation. Then there is the only access road in and out of Spring Creek which already has major traffic issues that are getting worse including concerns during emergencies when it can be shut down and there's no other way in and out except for a couple of dirt roads that can be questionable.

High density with no access out of Spring Creek for fires is not good. Elko County needs to do this road first and require developers to install hydrants. SCA property owners will see their insurance policies increase and devalue of their homes.

Trying to develop the Rubies? Looks like someone is trying to ruin an historic venue and beautiful asset to make a dollar at all our expense!!!
