I'm against re-zoning this property. It's going to deface the view of the rubies I have from my backyard.
The county and State needs to to step up and take care of the road issues this county has before allowing more problems with the roads, and the community. Access in and out for spring creek is terrible, there is way to many fatality on these roads. Are medical facilities are subpar.
Twin creeks water is already over allocated, who are they going to take the water away form? Spring creek residence? Ranchers? Famers? Or the mines?
Have the been any impact studies done?
I want the county to submit all information to everyone that will be impacted from this and the other 3 land re-zoning request no just the 30 closest properties.
It's a hard No for me.

The beauty and rarity and uniqueness of the Rubies is due to the fact that they are undeveloped and wild. The US has plenty of commercial developments, but it has less and less unspoiled nature. Keep the Rubies free of development and open to all.

I’m a property owner in Lamoille. My property taxes and water could be negatively affected by this re-zoning. Not to mention the traffic congestion and destruction of our beautiful, pristine mountain.

The rubies are unique because they are free of man interference, this ski resort would disrupt mother nature and the love we have for the rubies. Keep it a hidden gem

We need to preserve the wilderness of the Ruby Mountains and the tranquility of the small community of Spring Creek.

Our area lacks the resources for additional development, especially those requiring water. We are over- allocated now, there is nothing for the future.

The only people this benefits is the wealthy land owner and developers. The residents absolutely do not want this! With one way in and out of Spring Creek, it’s a safety concern. Plus, there’s not enough water for this!

I chose this area for a reason. I like small town living. In the 32 years I've lived here I've seen many changes some good, some bad. I think this would all around be bad.
