Ruby to have longer on-screen time

Ruby Lucas, the little red riding hood of Once Upon A Time. Before season three, Ruby was seen in the majority of episodes, some would have called her a major. Now, she's considered a minor due to the lack of on screen time.
Ruby is a werewolf, a very warm hearted individual who classes herself to be a monster. This, however, is not the case. Ruby is THE most flexible character in Once Upon A Time as the directors (or even US) can tune her to join the dark side and be the monster she claims to be, or to stay with snow white and help keep Storybrooke peaceful. In addition to this, Ruby has no current love life. This means we can mix and match anyone possible with Ruby - even if they have no chance of working. She could be seen as a hopeless romantic Mary-Margaret once was.
Spoiler ahead.
No matter what happens, Ruby will never truly win, as she killed her mother and her boyfriend - So we should try to improve her life whilst we can, or make it miserable. It doesn't matter what occurs; Ruby should be kept as a major character. After all, Meghan Ory knows exactly how to make Ruby an unforgettable part of the show.
