Seeing this level of support makes me feel less alone in the fight to protect the animals in our community. This momentum proves that our town is ready to demand better standards from the shire.

Living in Broome we see way too many neglected animals around town. It really needs to change because the current system isnt working for anyone
So many abandoned dogs in the bush its heartbreaking. We need someone here full time to deal with it instead of just ignoring the problem.

The shire needs to step up. Every other town has better support than us and its not fair on the local animals that have no voice.
About time! We pay enough in rates for this to be sorted out properly.

The government need to change the Dog Act to come in line with the Cat Act, and provide better funding to the RSPCA
