Box 711, 300 Central Ave. Carrizozo, NM 88301-0711 We, the undersigned residents and property owners of lots in Rancho Ruidoso Valley Estates, request that Lincoln County pave the roads in our subdivision during the Spring/Summer of 2011. Our roads are disintegrating at a rapid pace and are in need of repair desperately. Please comply with our request as soon as possible.
