To: Thomas F. Stewart Lincoln County, NM Manager P. O. Box 711, 300 Central Ave. Carrizozo, NM 88301-0711 We, the undersigned residents and property owners of lots in Rancho Ruidoso Valley Estates, request that Lincoln County pave the roads in our subdivision during the Spring/Summer of 2011. Our roads are disintegrating at a rapid pace and are in need of repair desperately. Please comply with our request as soon as possible.

Thomas Stewart can no longer ignore the crumbling state of our roads while we continue to gain this much momentum. This surge in support proves we are finished waiting for Lincoln County to do their jobs.
