My name is Christy Box Frost, and I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. Royce Privett (AIS #181935) was convicted of: 1 count of rape, 2 counts of sodomy, and 4 counts of sexual abuse. I was one of three victims that had the courage to come forward and have him prosecuted. He was given 3 life and 4 ten year sentences to run consecutively. At the time of the abuse this man was my uncle. I truly believe that sexual predators do not need to be released into our society. If he can molest, rape and sodomize his neices then no child would be off limits to him. Royce will come up for a parole hearing in May of 2010. That is five short months from now. Will you please join me in begging the Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles to keep this man in prison where he belongs and out of our community? Thank you for your help and God Bless!

The volume of support has reached a level that allows me to finalize the formal submission to the Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles. This momentum provides the necessary leverage for our scheduled meetings with board representatives. Next steps involve delivering these documents to ensure our position is officially recorded ahead of the hearing.

Deny parole. Simple as that. Too dangerous to be back on the streets.
He needs to stay exactly where he is. There is no excuse for what he did and he should rot there for the rest of his life.
Keep him behind bars. Monsters like this never change and should never be allowed to walk free near families again.
OMG this is horrifying. My heart goes out to you Christy. He belongs in prison forever!
How can they even consider letting him out? Absolutely insane. Keep him locked up!!!

He took those kids childhoods away. He deserves to stay in prison until his last day.
