My name is Christy Box Frost, and I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. Royce Privett (AIS #181935) was convicted of: 1 count of rape, 2 counts of sodomy, and 4 counts of sexual abuse. I was one of three victims that had the courage to come forward and have him prosecuted. He was given 3 life and 4 ten year sentences to run consecutively. At the time of the abuse this man was my uncle. I truly believe that sexual predators do not need to be released into our society. If he can molest, rape and sodomize his neices then no child would be off limits to him. Royce will come up for a parole hearing in May of 2010. That is five short months from now. Will you please join me in begging the Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles to keep this man in prison where he belongs and out of our community?
