We have a goal of opening some form of a small power sports shop to eventually sell motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATV's and parts and plan to build a building including a lift for repairs. We are hoping that opening this type of business would be welcomed in the immediate area as these activities are popular here.

The issue here preventing this, is that we will need approval from the Town of Colesville Planning & Zoning Boards because the current Local Law does not allow this type of business to be built at our residence, and we do not own enough land to subdivide.  We have attempted to buy land locally, but availability of acreage in our price range is slim to none - and what is available typically is mixed up in gas leases and we would rather not get involved with that.  

We are asking that if you are a Town of Colesville resident and you would be in support of this type of business here in our area, to please sign this petition.  We would like to have at least 50 supporting signatures to include with our original application to the Planning & Zoning Boards.
