The existing intersection is extraordinarilly large and dangerous for vehicles to be intersecting with each other. A roundabout would require minimal street expansion to complete the project.

Every time I go through this intersection, I say how much I want a roundabout here. Besides the issues raised in this petition, the lights are just so slow! I am always waiting and waiting, with just a few cars around. So frustrating, when a roundabout would get us all around safely and efficiently.

I use this intersection everyday and I am horrified at the number of drivers that run the red light turning to travel towards Long Pond from the Sobeys area. I need to get a dash cam to show how laughable (regarding the number of vehicles) it truly is. These include CBS Council vehicles, and all ages of drivers. I fear for my life each time I start out into the intersection. To make matters worse the light for traffic turning onto Minerals Road is a very very short one at that. We need a roundabout.

I'd love to see a roundabout in this area. I frequently turn left onto Minerals Rd. and I've witnessed a mere 5 cars get through before the light changes. This project should definitely happen for this area.

This is a very dangerous spot and a roundabout would be a great solution as they’ve been show to work in other parts of the St. John’s metro region

Someone is gonna be killed at this intersection if something isnt done. Ive been met with on coming traffic in the opposite lane on several occasions.

This intersection is ridiculous as it is. It desperately needs signage. Please make it a roundabout and put some SIGNS on it until there is some permanent paint available to put lines down.
