We need more original loafers in the new colors and metallics too! I love a pop of color/sparkle and am bored with the colors offered. The OG are the most flattering on my narrow feet as the almond style makes my size 10 skinny foot look like a 13. Don’t bump a tried and true style out because you bring something new in, you will lose the customers. The new points fit floppy/big, and feel lower quality in the stitching. The quality of Rothy's already seems to be going downhill. I only wear drivers and loafers now and will be happy to give my money to resellers if they are discontinued. :)

Changing patterns and colors is one thing but don’t cull an entire silhouette that your customers love.

As a longtime buyer, who has spent over 5-digits on this brand, I’m more than disappointed with the lack of customer research done prior to making silhouette changes. It’s bad enough the fit, quality and customer service has gone down the sewer, but to alienate over 20K active fans and supporters is quite disappointing.

Keep the OG loafer for your loyal followers as they are the ones who will be here as other styles (and other buyers) come and go from your brand! If they are still buying years after the style came into existence they will find a way to purchase, even if it’s not from you. So if your trying to spur more aftermarket sales, your doing great! If you want more direct Rothy’s sales, keep the OG loafer. I’ve been buying since 2019 and while I’ve tried a few of the newer styles I continue to go back to the originals that brought me to Rothy’s. Listen to your customers. If their hard earned money can be spent at Rothy’s, it can be spent elsewhere. Might be time to remind yourselves and your employees, their is no Rothy’s without your loyal customers. If they go, your company falls.
