This petition references LaCrystal Ragsdale now a three year old who was brought into Mrs. Rose Watson's foster care home at the age of two days old. Rose loves LaCrystal as her daughter and LaCrystal loves Rose as a mother. Rose is the only mother LaCrystal has ever known. The Dept. of Social Services is in the process of taking LaCrystal from the only home and mother she has ever known
