How is it that the guitarist who inspired Eric Clapton to return to the blues and was cited as being the 'best' by Jimi Hendrix is not already in the Hall of Fame

Saw him live at the LA Coliseum in mid 70's. He opened for Jethro Tull and Robin Trower. Rory should have been the headliner

Next year will be Rory's 20th death anniversary.....I say justice for him! Give him the nomination and make him win!

Rory didn't care about the commercial appeal, but he deserves a place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
