You just can't get better than Rory at his peak. Even now compared with other present day guitarists he is outstanding. He is the pinnacle that other guitarists should aspire to. The master of the Stratocaster.

Rory Gallagher is the best guitarist and songwriter ever and he is also great at harmonica mandolin sax and bass. Rory needs to be in the Rock''Roll Hall of Fame.

Rory live was a transendental experience-saw them all and he the absolute best! When I look/listen back, I still get goose bumps! To say I miss him is totally inadequate

I grew up listening to Rory and saw many a gig in Belfast. Every single time he was electrifying, with such a burning passion and intensity in his playing. A master blues guitarist if ever there was one, totally unique in style.
Still sadly missed, but he looms large in memory.
Crazy omission that he hasn't been inducted into the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame years back!

I grew up listening to Rory and saw many a gig in Belfast. Every single time he was electrifying, with such a burning passion and intensity in his playing. A master blues guitarist if ever there was one, totally unique in style.
Still sadly missed, but he looms large in memory.
Crazy omission that he hasn't been inducted into the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame years back!
