I do not agree with the raising of the dues again this quickly and especially a rediculas amount of 100% is way too much . I am on disability and will be a great hardship for me as I have no one to help me. And to pay in a one lump sum is something I cannot do. As I also believe $250.00 is way too much to be charging for 30 minutes of work. I think things in our HOA are getting way out of control.
