By signing this petition, we are requesting a Special Meeting be called by the RORA Board of directors for the purpose of allowing members to vote on the recall and removal of Ken Bellinger and Gina Maddox from the RORA Board.
Pursuant to Section 308 of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (“CCIOA”), this Special Meeting may be called by homeowners holding 20% or more of the total votes in the Association. We understand that a 2/3rds majority of members in attendance (in person or via zoom) is required for removal.
We also request that a vote for the replacement Board members be held at this same meeting.
Please include your lot number in the comments.
If you signed the original recall petition, please sign it again here. The previous petition was removed by the originator due to “fear of fraud".

408 Brahma Cir AND LOTS 948 @ 949 as they were Not voted in I request removal. Mainly because I feel they are not listening to the community. I understand the needs of the Ranch. But Now and this drastic, is not the time. All at once is not the way, especially with last years increase and the doubling of my taxes on top of all the $$ increase in todays world. I do not like the division that is occurring. I personally do not Not have deep pockets and every dollar counts. I pray that this ALL will be resolved and the matters can be delt with AND unity can be restored. I appreciate all the time everyone has put into this. God Bless.
This is totally bogus and I do not support it. Both of these board members have spent countless hours in the best interest of the HOA. The people promoting this initiative are completely off base. Mr. Bellinger has spent countless hours looking at the HOA's financial situation and Ms. Maddox is completely concerned with the real existence of the board - to make certain our water rights through the maintenance of the reservoir are secured. Lots 4, 8 & 9 Positions on the Board should be filled by elections, not by crony appointments. Budgets should be for one year at a time for actual needs, not a wish list.
