This lab is a place where students from all programs can come to not only study but take advantage of the programs on the computers in this lab specifically. CMU only has a few outlets of computers with software needed for broadcast and cinematic arts majors like myself. For those who cannot pay the 30$ a month to have the software programs on their own laptops, the school provides a LIMITED amount of computers that do. Only mac's as well! Taking away this lab, will make it even more so harder to successfully make it through such a program.

Some students are going to stay on campus and take summer classes, so I strongly support that this Ronan computer lab should stay open this summer.

I have a bad laptop, and don't have $1500 to drop on a new macbook. Keep it open, as I can guarentee you I'm not the only one with this issue.

If anything, this lab should be open LONGER and MORE OFTEN, plus given a colored printer! Shame on you for wanting to close it!

I use this lab daily. It's very close to my house and is within walking distance. Everytime I am in the lab, no matter what time of day, it is at least half way full of peope using the computers and printers.
I strongly urge to keep the computer lab open.

I am very dissapointed in Central's decision to close the Ronan lab. I use it all of the time. It makes no sense that they would get rid of it as well as cutting back on other library and computer lab hours.
