I spend a lot of time at the ROC for work and will be based here for a while.. so a gym would be a great addition to the Romford ROC as it means my colleagues and I can use the facilities before and after our work. This will improve out fitness and ensure that we are fit for work and life in general.

Great idea because the benefits of having a gym reduced costs/ increased employee retention and a boost productivity and quality of work combined with the subsidiary advantage of improving how we feel about working at the Romford RoC
