Don't take this child from his stability. A child should never be taken from their mother unless circumstances are bad and in this situation they clearly are not at all! He is in a stable loving home with his mother, brother, and a man who is more of a father to him than his biological father!

Roman belongs with his birth mother, Rachel and growing family in Austin, TX. I have a son the same age. Everyone who knows Rachel knows that she is an amazing mother and family woman. And anybody who thinks it is okay to tear him from his nurturing, loving, incredible mother- there's a special hell for you.
