Forget wifi (including wireless ac), we gamers require a lag free connection and the best way to achieve such that is to roll wired ethernet in the rooms. Unfortunately nobody's allowed to do this themselves as they have wall damage rules, but that means we're not allowed to have a lag free connection. Why? Because it'll simply damage the wall. How ironic, isn't it? We don't have to suffer like this for a 1 year lease.

Please help us. Why lag?
