Ronnie Rogers has been harassing tenants of this apartment building (Marilla Sundance Apartment Homes) for several weeks.The police have been notified many times and say they never can find him. There are Children here and Senior citizens who are afraid of him. He has been harassing particularly one neighbor but is so loud that disturbs the rest of the tenants. He has treatened one neighbor by following his car and has treatened him with bodily harm.
