I have known Rodney since he was 3 years old. He is the kindest gentlest and most caring friend to his peers and most respectful to adults. Rodney has always been a very happy smiling boy and is growing into such a responsible adolescent who would honor the code of a black belt beyond measure. I'm a school teacher and could not be more genuine in my beliefs for Rodney attaining this high rank and all the responsibilities that come with it.
