We are requesting that Rocky Step Road in Scott Depot WV be widened and resurfaced. Rocky Step Road is very narrow and is in constant need of repair. There have been numerous accidents and vehicle damage because of the narrowness and overall poor condition of the road. This portion of the road is the only access to 3 major residential developments as well as hundreds of single family residences. Many of the residences are new which has Increased the traffic on the road considerably in the last 4-5 years. Our request is, that at a minimum, this road be resurfaced beginning at Teays Valley Road and continuing to the entrance of Teays Farms Subdivision. We would appreciate your review and serious consideration be given this immediately. We look forward to a speedy resolution.
